With several years’ experience in the residential property sector, Callum assists clients with numerous residential matters including sales, purchases, transfers of title, re-mortgages and equity releases. Whether a Buy-to-Let investor, first time buyer or someone looking to upsize or downsize, Callum is able to assist and will ensure that transactional matters are managed efficiently. Known for his personable and approachable manner, he takes pride in making clients feel at ease in what can often be a stressful time moving house.

Callum holds a Masters of Law and was awarded a Rising Star Award 2024 by the Scottish Paralegal Association.

Outside of the office, Callum enjoys music and can be found practising violin, clarinet, piano and ocarina. He is yet to play any of them correctly.
