Callum has a broad commercial property practice and has been involved in almost all areas of commercial property from acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing acting for both landlords and tenants, commercial lending acting for both lenders and borrowers and acting for housebuilders in the acquisition, funding and onward disposal of development sites, including plot sales.
Callum also assists clients in the purchase and sale of residential buy-to let properties, both standalone and portfolio.
Clients praise Callum's ability to provide advice in a clear and concise manner and identify issues that are key to them or to their business to ensure their transactional matters are dealt with effectively and efficiently.
Callum is a strong negotiator and can provide added value to clients who see him as a key advisor through his network of clients in the commercial property sector.

Outside of work, Callum enjoys golf, football (watching more so than playing these days) and country music. When the weather permits Callum enjoys some good old fashioned Texas bbq on his offset barrel smoker.
